Research and Development and Product Manager

1. Collaborate with a team to develop a comic book/anime-specific AI model (character automatic generation, shot script generation, voice/emotion animation synchronization, etc.) that is compatible with short video media and game platforms, and develop a low-code platform for users to use

2. Responsible for server technology, combining high-performance computing, distributed architecture and AI acceleration technology to meet the real-time rendering, model training and user interaction requirements

3. Build a manga-style database, lead data-driven iteration, and develop new content based on market and customer needs

4. Optimize the artistic controllability of generated content, control the consistency of AI style, and avoid breakdowns

5. Accurately position domestic and foreign users and classification, distinguish between professional animators, short video creators and game developers in different scenarios

6. Analyze and track industry trends, serve as a technical-business bridge, transform user-enterprise customer needs into technical solutions, and deepen team division of labor and R&D progress

7. Coordinate bi-directional charging, customized business and user reading layout, responsible for Hong Kong, Mainland China and international cross-regional resource integration, and promote platform marketing and promotion

Entry Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above

2. More than five years of research and development experience in the comic, game, IT Internet platform and other related industries

3. Familiar with the industry channel resources and project promotion skills in the mainland and Asia

4. Good relevant industry interpersonal network

5. Be positive, be cautious, and have good communication skills

6. Able to accept internal travel

7. Good Cantonese/Mandarin
