Job Title: Cloud Solution Specialist (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365) (IT Services)

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Azure-based infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services.

• Implement and manage Azure resources such as virtual networks, storage, compute, and identity services.

• Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments using Azure Security Center, Defender, and Policy.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure, Hybrid Cloud, and Microsoft 365.

• Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to deliver effective cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Possess a Higher Diploma or above in IT-related fields.

• Have a minimum of two years of experience in cloud delivery or a related role.

• Possess strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure technologies.

• Have hands-on experience with cloud transformation, particularly with public cloud platforms like Azure and Microsoft 365.

• Demonstrate essential knowledge of on-premise infrastructure and networking.

• Hold relevant certifications (a plus).

• Exhibit good communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrate a proven ability to design and implement technical solutions.

• Be willing to adopt new technology and possess strong problem-solving skills.

• Have a good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
