Project Coordinator Engineering Supervision

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>1. Assist in following up on the daily renovation/maintenance construction plan, schedule, and progress supervision of the branch;<br>2. Process and update construction site records, compile construction progress reports, and ensure construction quality and smooth construction processes;<br>3. Responsible for coordinating various internal and external relationships, including: internal company departments, suppliers, contractors, etc., and promptly handling and resolving core or important internal and external issues;<br>4. Need to work outside and cross-district;<br>5. Complete other work tasks assigned by senior leaders.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><br>2. Have basic computer software operation knowledge, understand how to use AutoCad, Chinese and English typing;<br>3. Good Cantonese, good Mandarin, general English; able to read and write Chinese and English;<br>4. Have good communication skills, responsibility, honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.</p>
