• Lead branch employees in providing counter services and handling loan applications at the branch
• Assist the branch manager to achieve business goals
• Supervise daily operations to ensure service efficiency and quality

• Have secondary school diploma or equivalent or above academic qualifications
• At least 3 years of personal loan processing practical experience, of which 2 years must have supervision or management experience
• Familiar with the operations of banks or financial institutions, with knowledge of credit evaluation and risk management
• Have good communication and interpersonal interaction skills, and be able to effectively coordinate teams and customer relationships
