It is dedicated to connecting communities and enabling digital transformation.</p><p>Location: Customer Sites</p><p>Nature: Renewable Contract</p><p></p><p>Job Title: <strong>Project Engineer</strong></p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>• Provide IT infrastructure and system implementation services to enterprise customers, including Structured Cabling, Networking & Wi-Fi, Data Centre, Cyber Security, Cloud, PABX, ELV/AV, IoT, or Application Development.</p><p>• Deliver comprehensive project management services, encompassing project planning, task scheduling, risk management, and progress reporting.</p><p>• Organize, coordinate, and attend project meetings to report on progress and resolve any project-related issues.</p><p>• Prepare essential project correspondence such as meeting agendas and minutes.</p><p>• Collaborate with various engineering teams, technical specialists, commercial sales, and solution consultants.</p><p>• Manage multiple external service providers to ensure the proper execution of work.</p><p>• Provide regular status updates on project costs and schedules.</p><p>• Escalate issues and risks in a timely manner to draw management's attention.</p><p>• Provide support for ad-hoc or overseas projects if necessary.</p><p></p><p>Requirements</p><p></p><p>• Possess a Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.</p><p>• Hold a minimum of three years of working experience in project management, with a preference for experience in IT&T.</p><p>• Demonstrate proven project management skills in delivering complex or medium-scale projects.</p><p>• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both outward-facing (to customers) and inward-facing (to internal delivery teams).</p><p>• Be self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently under pressure.</p><p>• Be able to cope with tight project schedules and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.</p><p>• Possess strong listening, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with close attention to detail.</p><p>• Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management Tools, such as MS Project.</p><p>• Possess a good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.</p><p>• Holding professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 Certified Practitioner is preferred.</p><p></p>
