<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Completely responsible for Hong Kong company human resources and administrative work, with recruitment as the core responsibility, and coordinating talent introduction strategies and execution.</li><li>Maintain close communication with company management, deeply understand the business needs of various departments, and formulate and implement talent recruitment plans.</li><li>Proactively search, screen and recommend high-quality candidates, covering mid-to-high-level positions, to ensure talent matching and organizational development goals are consistent.</li><li>Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, interview scheduling, evaluation feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.</li><li>Assist in handling employee relations matters, answer personnel-related inquiries, and support the stability and compliance of daily human resources operations.</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualifications, with at least 5 years of human resources-related work experience, familiar with the recruitment system establishment and talent management process.</li><li>Applicants with a financial industry background, especially those from securities companies, will be given priority, as they will have a better understanding of the industry's talent characteristics and market dynamics.</li><li>Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to effectively interact with employees of different levels, and build good cooperative relationships.</li><li></li><li>Proficient in common office software, with good data processing and report writing skills, supporting human resources decision analysis.</li></ul>
