On Site Security Engineer | Security & Desk side support | 25K to 30K

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st tier support for Splunk and IT helpdesk, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, backups, antivirus, and endpoint protection efficiently.

• Conduct hardware and software installations to ensure optimal system performance.

• Generate monthly SIEM reports to track security incidents and system performance.

• Assist with other ad-hoc IT projects as needed to support organizational goals.

• Provide handover support to the successor at the end of the contract to ensure seamless transition.

Requirements

• University degree in any discipline is mandatory.

• Minimum of 1 year in IT support, with specific experience in Splunk administration.

• Proficient in reading and writing Chinese, with basic English skills; fluent Cantonese is required.

• Must be lawful to work in Hong Kong or possess a valid working visa.
