<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for the daily operation of the personnel department, including recruitment, training arrangements, employee onboarding and resignation procedures, salary calculation and performance evaluation, etc. related administrative support work</li><li>Manage various types of personnel files and archives of the company, implement systematization, classification, and regular updating of archiving, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality</li><li>Assist in the formulation and optimization of human resources management systems and work processes, and promote the effective implementation of various systems within departments</li><li>Coordinate departmental communication affairs, arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on subsequent action items</li><li>Handling employee daily inquiries, assisting in maintaining good employee relations, and supporting the organization and implementation of internal activities</li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li>3 years or more of human resources work experience</li><li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with Chinese input capability</li><li>Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, be able to express clearly and accurately handle administrative affairs</li><li>Personal characteristics: careful and serious, proactive, and responsible.
