Full-time ALEVEL DSE Teacher

Job Description:

1. Develop and deliver lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum syllabus, effectively monitor and manage student engagement and classroom dynamics. Conduct courses for A-Level, IB, AP, and DSE subjects entirely in English.

2. Actively participate in various training sessions, teaching research, workshops, lectures, and meetings organized by the company.

3. Ensure no concurrent teaching engagements with competing or similar institutions involving identical or closely related course content.

4. Skillfully utilize multimedia tools in teaching, designing innovative and engaging classes that meet international classroom standards and characteristics.

5. Comply with work arrangements and assignments from the company.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong subject matter expertise.

2. Must possess a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or work visa.

3. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required. Must be capable of conducting full lessons in English.

4. Prior teaching experience with Edexcel and/or AQA exam boards is required.

5. Familiarity with A-Level, IB, AP, and DSE curricula. Prior independent teaching experience is preferred.

6. Excellent verbal communication and adaptability, with strong influencing and presentation skills.

7. Team-oriented, responsible, and persevering.

8. Preference will be given to candidates with study or work experience in the UK, particularly graduates from UK G5 universities.
