Job Description We are seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and customer-focused individual to join the Billing and Collections Branch within the Customer Operations Department. The main responsibilities and requirements of the appointee are outlined below:
The appointee's primary tasks include:
Assist team leaders in providing prompt and accurate billing and invoicing arrangements for all electricity accounts, and make necessary adjustments to bills when required
Efficiently address customers' inquiries about billing and payments to enhance customer satisfaction
Propose improvements to internal systems, work processes, and procedures to boost productivity and customer service quality
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across different departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
Support various ad-hoc projects like web/app enhancements, system upgrades, and UAT assignments given by supervisors
Qualifications:
Holds a diploma or degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
Has at least 3 years of relevant work experience, with prior billing experience being advantageous
Capable of handling both internal and external customer inquiries/complaints in a reasonable and professional manner
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented, motivated, dedicated, and capable of managing stress and tight schedules
Fluent in English, Chinese, and preferably Mandarin
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word (in English and Chinese), and PowerPoint
Practical experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and knowledge of other tools like Data Lake, Power BI, Tableau would be beneficial
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a position at a lower level
