<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Transaction Monitoring</strong>: Review and clear transaction monitoring alerts to identify and mitigate potential financial crime risks, including money laundering and terrorist financing.</li><li><strong>Screening</strong>: Perform screening of customer profiles, transactions, and counterparties against sanctions lists, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and adverse media to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li><strong>Alert Resolution</strong>: Investigate and document findings for flagged transactions or profiles, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed.</li><li><strong>Ad Hoc Tasks</strong>: Support senior FCC team members with additional assignments, including data analysis, report preparation, and process improvements.</li><li><strong>Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with other departments to gather information and resolve compliance-related queries.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience</strong>: At least one year of relevant experience in financial crime compliance, transaction monitoring, or a related field (e.g., AML, KYC, or sanctions screening).</li><li><strong>Education</strong> : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related discipline preferred.</li><li><strong>Skills</strong>:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive deadlines.</li><li>Basic understanding of financial crime regulations (e.g., AML/CTF, sanctions).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Good command in written English and Chinese</li></ul></li></ul>
