Large Language Models Engineer (based in Hong Kong)

Job Description:** Explore, research, and develop technologies related to Large Language Models (LLMs) and app build more future-oriented and improved job-seeking and recruitment services. **Job Responsibilities:** - Fully understand the challenges and issues in the job recruitment scene, transforming user experience and business issues into algorithm model problems. - Follow up, explore, research, and develop LLM-related technologies, applying them in the recruitment field to create more intelligent job recruitment services. **Job Requirements:** - Holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a 985 & 211 university or a globally recognized university. - Holds a Hong Kong work visa or relevant qualifications. - Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python and Java, and familiar with mainstream algorithm development environments like TensorFlow and HuggingFace. - Strong foundation in machine learning, NLP, and deep learning. Experience in the search and recommendation domain is a plus. - Strong learning ability and passionate about LLM-related technologies, with a good understanding of development status of current LLM technology, and experience in model fine-tuning or application development. - Curious and passionate about using algorithms to solve practical problems and continuously striving for optimized services. - Open-minded and rational, capable of communicating clearly and concisely with others. - Good English reading and writing skills, with adequate listening and speaking abilities. Familiarity with Cantonese is preferred.
