• Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers using QiZhi Access Control Audit and Privileged Account Management products.
• Offer POC (Proof of Concept) technical support during the pre-sales stage for partners and conduct on-site POCs.
• Responsible for on-site installation, deployment, and customer training services for products. Skill Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related field.
• At least 3 years of on-site installation and technical support experience in IT; experience in technical support for privileged account-related products is preferred.
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows.
• LAN/WAN troubleshooting Skills.
• Familiar with shell scripting and python.
• Good communication and logical thinking skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• A customer service mindset to deliver the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Capable to work and deal with high pressure situations.
