Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor (Magazine Advertising)

<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>As a Sales for magazines, you will be responsible for promoting and driving theA -Circlemagazine sales business. You will collaborate with us, develop new business opportunities, maintain existing customer relationships, and ensure sales targets are meet.</p><p></p><p>A-Circle magazine: https://acirclemagazine.com/</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Identify and pursue new business opportunities as the primary point of contact. Conduct company profiling and outreach sales to develop our client base</p></li><li><p>Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets</p></li><li><p>Research market trends and competitors, propose appropriate sales strategies</p></li><li><p>Meet and exceed sales targets through the implementation of effective sales strategies, techniques, and proactive follow-ups</p></li><li><p>Work closely with team and are responsible for account management and ensure client’s requirements and expectation are satisfied</p></li><li><p>Responsible for pricing negotiation with customers for gaining more business and also meeting company's margin expectations</p></li><li><p>Work with internal and external parties to ensure smooth coordination and execution of the projects</p></li><li><p>Prepare post-campaign reports, advertising analysis report and competitor’s monitoring</p></li><li><p>Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma holders or above, Business Administration/ Communications related disciplines are preferred</p></li><li><p>Minimum 4 years working experiences in advertising production</p></li><li><p>Minimum 4 years corporate sales and relations management working experience</p></li><li><p>Experiences in network blogger, banner ad management, ad serving system, e-marketing, social network and digital advertising are preferred</p></li><li><p>Outgoing personality, cheerful disposition, detail-minded & patient</p></li><li><p>Proactive & positive to deal with new & existing customers</p></li><li><p>Willing to take up a sales career and display a can-do attitude</p></li><li><p>Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin</p></li><li><p>Immediate availablewouldbe an absolute advantage</p></li><li><p>Less experience will be considered as Sales Executive</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Birthday Leave, family leave, marriage leave and various leave entitlement</p></li><li><p>Monthly free tokens for the redeem of refreshments, such as burgers, sushi, dumplings, soups, organic drinks and coffees, etc; and for the redeem of company products</p></li><li><p>Medical Coverage</p></li><li><p>Staff Purchase Discount</p></li></ul>
