JAVA Developer

<p><strong>IANG/TTPS/QMAS visa holders are welcome.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for system upgrades and maintenance, assist in analyzing and solving production failures.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for system performance optimization and improve system stability.</p></li><li><p>Participate in project design and development.</p></li><li><p>Assist in providing training to juniors.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Java development in the fintech industry.</p></li><li><p>Solid foundation in Java and with good programming logic.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with open-source frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, MyBatis, etc.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with the development and tuning of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with open source technologies such as Kafka, Zookeeper, Netty, Dubbo and Redis.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience in deployment, configuration and tuning of service containers such as Tomcat and Nginx.</p></li><li><p>Strong sense of responsibility, good at logical and systematical thinking.</p></li><li><p>Experience in large-scale financial transaction system development is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Energetic, with a can-do attitude and team spirit.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and Mandarin.</p></li></ul>
