電子商務運營助理（兼職）

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized eCommerce Operations Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our online retail business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless processes and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Handle inquiries, returns, exchanges, and refunds while providing outstanding customer service.
  Website Maintenance: Update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and prices, ensuring the website is user-friendly and functional.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers for restocking, and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders, liaise with warehouses and logistics partners, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Marketing Assistance: Support promotional campaigns, optimize product listings for improved visibility, and analyze sales trends to suggest enhancements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years prior experience in eCommerce or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Proficiency in inventory and order management software.
• Excellent communication (English and Cantonese) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like data entry, analysis, and reporting is a must
