* Develop sophisticated statistical models to solve complex challenges
* Conduct deep-dive analyses of Hong Kong recruitment trends and labor market dynamics
* Design automated reporting systems using Python/R/SQL
* Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and cultural shifts impacting HK employment
Requirements
* Master's degree from top-tier university in Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
* Minimum 3 years' hands-on analytics experience within Hong Kong market
* Technical Competencies:
• Advanced predictive modeling (Regression, ML, Causal inference)
• Python/R + SQL mastery
• BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• Big Data platforms (Hadoop/Spark)
