Build a sales system suitable for the company’s development, establish marketing policies, and streamline business processes to create a positive closed-loop management across all stages.
Provide operational support and services for sales in regional platforms, industries, and channels.
Oversee international market activities, coordinate with the domestic marketing department to create synergy.
Coordinate the international ecosystem partner system. Strengthen channel operations, with dotted-line management of international channel managers. Actively develop international partners, assist them in enhancing technical capabilities, and build a delivery ecosystem.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Marketing, or related fields.
8+ years of experience in sales and marketing management.
Meticulous, rigorous, and forward-thinking with strategic vision. Strong operational management, judgment and decision-making, interpersonal communication and coordination, planning, and execution skills.
Excellent market expansion, project coordination, and negotiation abilities. High level of enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.
International perspective and mindset, with strong cross-departmental coordination and collaboration skills.
