Part-Time/ Full Time IT Programmer

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the next generation background screening platform centered on "Agentic AI", and build AI-driven workflows and intelligent agents (Agents)

• Responsible for API integration between HR systems, customer platforms and internal tools (including RESTful service design, invocation and error handling)

• Design and implement AI automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive manual operations

• Collaborate closely with multinational product and operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions

• Have solid programming skills, be familiar with Python or JavaScript (at least one), and have actual project delivery experience

• Have independent work ability, quickly understand requirements, plan execution paths and deliver high-quality results efficiently

• Have proactive exploration spirit, be willing to try emerging AI technologies and development methods, and be able to practice them in solving real business problems

• Educational requirements: Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree or above

• Work experience: 3-5 years of relevant development experience

• Language skills: Fluent Cantonese (daily communication), English (technical file reading and writing), Mandarin (basic communication)

• Working location: Mong Kok, Hong Kong (office work, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00)

• Identity requirements: Must have the qualifications to legally work in Hong Kong, and accept one of the following visa types:

  Hong Kong permanent residents, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), outstanding talent entry plan (Outstanding Talent Pass),
  Non-local graduates’ Hong Kong / return to Hong Kong employment arrangements (IANG), dependent entry visa, other valid work permit

• Monthly salary range: HK$30,000 – HK$45,000 (salary negotiable)

• Position type: Part-time or full-time (depending on the applicant's preference and company needs)
