<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead the mass recruitment of talents in economic special zones, covering infrastructure, financial technology, tourism development, and other key fields.</li><li>Design and optimize a cross-regional recruitment scheme, integrate Caribbean local and international human resources, and improve recruitment efficiency and quality.</li><li>Develop a special administrative region talent management system, covering salary and performance, cross-border deployment, and cultural integration, etc.</li><li></li><li>Directly report to the chairman on work progress, ensure the transparency and efficiency of the recruitment process, and adapt to cross-time zone late-night meeting arrangements.</li></ul><p>Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English business-level language skills, able to engage in cross-cultural communication.</li><li>Having more than 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 1 year responsible for cross-border project recruitment and management.</li><li>Familiar with the entire recruitment process, with practical experience from talent sourcing to onboarding management.</li><li></li><li>Able to adapt to a high-intensity work rhythm, with good communication and coordination skills and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>
