<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for company front desk reception work, including visitor registration, guidance and telephone transfer, ensuring a professional and friendly external image.</li><li>Manage office environment cleanliness and order, regularly inspect public area hygiene and equipment operation status, and create a good working atmosphere.</li><li>Coordinate the purchase, inventory management, and departmental use of office supplies, control costs and meet daily needs.</li><li></li><li>Support the administrative manager in handling various daily administrative affairs, such as meeting arrangements, document preparation and internal coordination, etc.</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have secondary school or vocational school education, those with relevant administrative or reception experience will be given priority. </li><li>Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to meet the needs of different types of visitors and internal employees.</li><li>Proficient in basic office software such as Word and Excel, able to handle simple documents and data sorting.</li><li>Careful and responsible, with basic organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Positive work attitude, willing to cooperate with team members, and able to adapt to a fast-paced office environment.</li></ul>
