<p>Job Responsibilities </p><ul><li>Coordinate daily operations within the showroom to ensure a smooth and professional environment for clients and team members</li><li>Schedule and manage appointments, product demonstrations, and client meetings in collaboration with sales and design teams</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records of display items and coordinate restocking or rotation as needed</li><li>Ensure the showroom is consistently presented in a clean, organized, and visually appealing manner according to brand standards</li><li>Assist in preparing for special events, product launches, and trade shows by coordinating logistics, materials, and staffing support</li></ul><p><br> Requirements </p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred</li><li>Proven experience in administrative coordination, customer service, or retail/showroom environments</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with inventory management systems is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams</li><li>Station GZ office </li></ul>
