Head of R&D

Job Description:

• Fully in charge of R&D and system architecture design

• Participate in product design, development, testing, and system implementation

• Collaborate with internal IT development team members to deliver the service and enhance user experience

• Prepare technical and support documentation

• Provide on-going support and maintenance for our mission-critical systems

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent；

• 5 years+ solid technical experience in application development, software customization, system enhancement, and IT quality control procedures；

• Experience in government projects and familiar with government IT standards, IT policies

guidelines, templates and tools is an advantage；

• Strong programming skills and practical experience with Microsoft .NET Framework (C#), Java, or JavaScript framework in Web programming；

• Experience in database management systems;

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work efficiently and meet project schedules
