Head of R&D

<p>Job Description:<br>• Fully in charge of R&D and system architecture design<br>• Participate in product design, development, testing, and system implementation<br>• Collaborate with internal IT development team members to deliver the service and enhance user experience<br>• Prepare technical and support documentation<br>• Provide on-going support and maintenance for our mission-critical systems</p> <p></p> <p>Job Requirements:<br>• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent；<br>• 5 years+ solid technical experience in application development, software customization, system enhancement, and IT quality control procedures；<br>• Experience in government projects and familiar with government IT standards, IT policies<br>guidelines, templates and tools is an advantage；<br>• Strong programming skills and practical experience with Microsoft .NET Framework (C#), Java, or JavaScript framework in Web programming；<br>• Experience in database management systems;<br>• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;<br>• Ability to work efficiently and meet project schedules</p>
