Customer service and operational support: Assist signed-up members with customer service and operational support, provide them with matchmaking and pairing services, and respond promptly to customer messages to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction;<br>2. Daily work is to follow up and reply to customer messages (response within 3 minutes during working hours), assist customers in matching, arranging restaurants, service arrangements, as well as subsequent dates and breakups;<br><br>4. Collaborate with other departments to exchange information, jointly process and arrange to solve customer problems;<br>5. Document processing: Responsible for handling customer documents and related files, ensuring compliance with procedures and processes.<br>6. Other affairs: Complete other affairs assigned by superiors to ensure work efficiency and executability.<br>Requirements:<br>1.E-people are preferred, with good understanding and communication skills, personable and generous;<br>2. It is better to have a legal background, requiring excellent skills in public and private document processing, excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, and the ability to serve as a working language.<br>3. Excellent communication and empathy skills, able to take a soft and hard approach to communication depending on the client's situation.<br>4. Candidates with relevant work experience in the dating industry are preferred, as they are able to handle unique customer needs and issues within the industry.<br>5.
