Building Service Engineer

<p>Softhard.IO Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer service-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. A Project Engineer is responsible for our Internet of Things (IoT) device installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming according to Softhard.IO’s standardsto ensure excellent project quality and a high level of customer satisfaction.</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Assist PM to plan, monitor and handle the projects (including design, cost estimation, procurement, testing etc.)</p></li><li><p>Technical Submission (drawing/test reports) to customer for approval</p></li><li><p>Good communication skill to handle technical and commercial queries from client</p></li><li><p>Liaise with internal dept. and customer for technical issues during the design, production, delivery, installation and testing & service stages</p></li><li><p>Good engineering knowledge in low voltage electrical power distribution system<br>Able to work under pressure and willing to handle different sizes of project at the same time</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree or Higher diploma holder / diploma or above in electrical engineering or equivalent technology and development related fields</p></li><li><p>With 2 years or above relevant experience in electrical installation are preferred</p></li><li><p>Effective interpersonal, communication skill</p></li><li><p>Good problem-solving techniques, organizing and planning ability</p></li><li><p>Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese</p></li><li><p>Independent and able to work under pressure</p></li><li><p>Knowledge for AutoCAD drawing, candidate with less experience / qualification but with hands-on experience in factory operation will also be considered</p></li><li><p>8-10 years' experience in LV Project Technical and management fields will be considered as Assistant Project Manager</p></li></ul><p>We offer attractive package, including double pay, bonus, 5 days' work week, 10 days' annual leave, and medical insurance, etc.to the successful candidates.</p><p></p>
