Responsibilities:
· Participate in project operations and assist with production setup
· Supervise line leaders and operators; manage resources to meet quality and daily targets
· Coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth production
· Collect and analyze data; design workflows, escalation charts, and scorecards; prepare regular and monthly reports
· Arrange training, supervise employees, control costs, monitor compliance, and manage project budgets
Requirements:
· Degree/ Higher Diploma in computer science, or industrial engineering is preferred
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in team management
· Proficient in PC applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
