Headquartered in Singapore, Bitdeer has deployed datacenters in the United States, Norway, and Bhutan.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Business Development & Client Support:</strong></p><p>l Support the identification and prospecting of new regional clients (including miners, mining farms, and crypto-related businesses) under the guidance of senior team members.</p><p>l Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, learning about their needs, and helping provide tailored solutions for mining equipment and operations.</p><p><strong>Sales & Target Contribution:</strong></p><p>l Participate in the execution of regional sales strategies to help achieve team sales targets for mining rigs.</p><p>l Learn to negotiate sales terms and assist in closing deals to support revenue growth.</p><p><strong>Power Resource Research:</strong></p><p>l Conduct research on global power resources (e.g., hydro, solar, wind) in key mining regions to support client mining projects.</p><p>l Collaborate with team members and external partners to gather information on power availability, cost, and regulations.</p><p><strong>Market & Industry Learning:</strong></p><p>l Develop an understanding of crypto-mining market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes through training and mentorship.</p><p>l Assist in preparing regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.</p><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong></p><p>l Work with internal teams such as product, operations, and customer support to facilitate order fulfillment and client satisfaction.</p><p>l Coordinate with finance and other departments to support client billing and operational processes.</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirement:</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Education & Background:</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Finance, or a related field. New graduates are welcome.</p><p></p><p><strong>Industry Interest & Basics:</strong></p><p>l Basic understanding or strong interest in Bitcoin mining, blockchain technology, and energy markets. Training will be provided.</p><p>l Any academic or internship experience related to energy sourcing, crypto, sales, or international business is a plus.</p><p><strong>Skills & Abilities:</strong></p><p>l Strong willingness to learn sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.</p><p>l Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team and collaborate across cultures.</p><p>l Proficiency in English is required.
