Responsibilities:<br>• Provide students with targeted English or mathematics subject tutoring to ensure their academic level meets the requirements of international schools.<br><br>• [Core requirement] Must have extensive experience in preparing for various international school entrance exams, especially:<br>◇ CAT4 evaluation system<br>◇ MAP Growth Assessment System<br>◇ AEAS exam<br>◇ Each international school's internal autonomous written test<br>• Guide students in interview preparation, enhance their confidence and expression skills.<br>• Based on students’ learning progress and the requirements of their target schools, develop personalized preparation strategies.<br>Qualifications and requirements:<br>Must meet all of the following conditions:<br>• Have in-depth understanding of the IB International Diploma Program system and the Hong Kong International School ecosystem.<br><br>• Have recent successful transfer cases, those who can provide specific students with experience in entering ESF or other IB international schools are preferred.<br><br>• Patient and good at communicating with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.<br>Requirements:<br>• English teacher: Specialize in English, need to provide teaching to two students at the same time.<br>• Math teacher: Specialize in mathematics, need to provide teaching to two students at the same time.<div>Job Responsibilities<br><ul><li></li><li>In-depth understanding of the IB International Diploma Program System, helping students establish solid academic foundations and prepare for smooth transitions to IB courses in the future.</li><li>Specialized in various international school entrance evaluation systems, including CAT4 assessment, MAP growth assessment, AEAS exam and school-based written test, providing professional preparation guidance.</li><li>Based on the evaluation focus of the target school and the personal learning progress of the students, develop personalized preparation strategies and learning plans. </li><li>Guide students to conduct interview simulation training, enhance language expression ability, logical thinking and self-confidence, and help students showcase their best state in interviews.</li><li>Provide teaching services to two students at the same time, with good classroom management and time allocation skills.</li></ul></div><br><div>Work requirements<br><ul><li></li><li>Must have extensive teaching experience in international school entrance exams, especially in CAT4, MAP, AEAS and various school-based autonomous exams. </li><li>Have recent successful cases of counseling students to be admitted to ESF or other mainstream IB international schools, those who can provide relevant proof will be given priority. </li><li>Have the ability to clearly explain complex academic concepts, be good at teaching according to students’ abilities, and stimulate their learning motivation and potential.</li><li>Patient, responsible, and able to effectively communicate and collaborate with students and their families from different cultural backgrounds.</li><li>English teachers need to specialize in English language teaching, mathematics teachers need to focus on the mathematics field, and be able to simultaneously meet the learning needs of two students.</li><li>Able to adjust teaching methods and pace in real time based on students’ performance to ensure teaching effectiveness.</li></ul></div>
