<p>Assist customers with ordering, picking up food, and other operational tasks, providing thoughtful and efficient service</p><p>Proactively interact with customers to enhance their dining experience, provide personalized assistance based on their needs, such as guiding them to their seats, delivering food, and answering their questions</p><p>Guide and assist customers in using self-service ordering kiosks</p><p>Promote McDonald's mobile app, introduce discounts and digital services</p><p>Build good relationships with customers, enhance brand satisfaction and loyalty</p><p>Maintain the lobby clean and ensure a comfortable and hygienic dining environment</p><p>Responsible for food preparation and serving, ensuring quality and efficiency</p><p>Follow standard procedures for handling and preparing ingredients</p><p>Keep your work station clean and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines</p><p>Assist in inventory management and material replenishment</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>No experience required, welcome students, housewives, new immigrants and retired people to apply</p><p>Have good communication skills, be polite and friendly</p><p>Pay attention to personal hygiene and have basic food safety concepts</p><p>Responsibility, able to collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks</p><p>Able to work steadily in a high-paced environment</p><p>Can be adjusted to fit early or late shifts (06:00–24:00), working 8 hours per day</p>
