1. Communicate with relevant experts and scholars in the academic field to become journal editors (screening and inviting members of the editorial board, and signing an agreement)

2. Editor and Editorial Board's daily management and coordination work

3. Collect and organize the magazine's manuscripts (including solicitation, review, and revision)

4. Control the external review process of English manuscripts, invite external review experts, and manage the external review expert database

II. International books

3. Twitter, Facebook regular content updates

4. English news related to the production of WeChat and Weibo accounts

IV. Qualifications:

Master's degree or above, majoring in science and technology or medicine, and needing to be an expert in a scientific field

Human resources (especially in the fields of science and technology / medicine)

Team building and management experience (such as successfully organizing an international editorial board of at least 10 people)

External review expert database construction capability (need to master Scopus/WoS etc. database screening skills)

Experience in operating manuscript processing systems (such as ScholarOne, Editorial Manager, etc.)

Open Access (OA) publishing mode operation experience
