Cost Accountant 成本会计

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Manager (or above) in R&D team’s daily financial operations, month-end closing and ad hoc project
• Compile actual variance report and annual budget report
• Maintain proper inventory records with designated inventory management system
• Costing analysis (including but not limited to manufacturing costing, BOM & routing labour cost, scrap and factory processes (RM / WIP / FG), etc.)
• Check AP and verify payments to ascertain proper booking
• Support external and internal audits and participate in half-yearly stock take and fixed assets count

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years experiences in sizable company of electronics or mechanical engineering industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese word processing, experience in costing analysis and knowledge of MYOB Exo Job Costing will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented & organized team player
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

工作职责

• 协助财务经理（或以上级别）处理研发团队的日常财务运作、月末结算和临时项目
• 编制实际差异报告和年度预算报告
• 使用指定的库存管理系统维护适当的库存记录
• 成本核算分析（包括但不限于制造成本核算、BOM 和路由人工成本、废料和工厂流程（RM/WIP/FG）等）
• 检查应付账款和核实付款，以确定账目是否正确
• 支持外部和内部审计，参与半年一次的库存盘点和固定资产清点

岗位要求

• 会计、金融或相关专业理学士/工商管理学士；
• 精通数据分析和预测方法
• 熟练掌握 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）、中文文字处理、成本分析经验
• 和 MYOB Exo Job Costing 知识者优先考虑
• 制定战略和解决问题的能力
• 较强的领导和组织能力
• 出色的沟通和人际交往能力
• 善于分析，对数字驾轻就熟
• 工作语言为中文
