CS & Store Assistant 1 year (renewable) contract

Job Description<br><br>Respond to customer enquiry in Ecommerce platform (Facebook/ Instagram/ WhatsApp/ website) promptly<br><br>Collaborate with internal parties for customers' enquiries and/ or complaints <br><br>To be a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the luxury brand and products to the customers<br><br>To perform daily operations in the retail shop including stock management, visual merchandising and reporting, etc.<br><br>Replenishing stock and maintenance of retail room displays <br><br>Gather customer feedback to enhance service and customer experience <br><br><br><br>Who are we looking for?<br><br>Minimum 1-year of CS experience is preferred<br><br>Experience in retail start up team is an advantage <br><br>Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external contacts <br><br>Passion for building customer loyalty by carefully listening, building rapport and providing extraordinary customer care, using strong written and verbal communication skills <br><br>Confident computer skills are vital as you’ll be using multiple tools and systems daily <br><br>Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills <br><br>Bilingual in a combination of two of the following, Cantonese, Mandarin or English <br><br>Careful, responsible, hard-working and love the fast pace of work <br><br>Availability: Candidates who can start immediately preferred<br><br><br><br>Working hours<br><br>Shift work every week for 5 days, 9 hours per day (including Monday to Sunday and public holidays)<br><br>If the live date, we need to provide support until 00:00
