Customer Services Executive

Job Duties

• Liaise with internal departments and external customers to control the inflow and outflow of jobs to meet customers’ tight deadline
• Accurate and effective communication with all parties to ensure timely delivery of documents to customers
• Maintain good relationship with and provide professional services to our customers
  Propose and execute marketing development plans and strategies, including the creation of marketing tools such as brochures and flyers
• Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to address job-related matters effectively
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Job requirement

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above (fresh graduates and IANGs are welcome)
• 1 year or above related working experience
• Proficiency in PC operations and MS office
• Willing to work overtime
• Multi-tasking and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline, strong problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Shift duty may be required in peak season
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
