Senior Customer Service Officer (3 Months) 40K / Month

<p>My client is a Pension Funds company, currently looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer. This will initially be a 3-months engagement.</p><p></p><ul><li><p><strong>Customer Assistance</strong> : Explain how to use the company website and provide support for vendor portal registration.</p></li><li><p><strong>Demonstration</strong>: Conduct demonstrations of the registration process to ensure customers understand how to complete it effectively.</p></li><li><p><strong>System Adaptability</strong>: Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, providing feedback and support as needed.</p></li><li><p><strong>Customer Engagement</strong>: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while engaging with customers to enhance their experience.</p></li><li><p><strong>Language Skills</strong>: Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required.</p></li><li><p><strong>Communication Skills</strong>: Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Aptitude</strong>: Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.</p></li><li><p><strong>Customer Service Experience</strong>: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.</p></li></ul>
