3. Responsible for the technical, file, and training system construction and optimization of the department's projects, responsible for the technical training and evaluation of pharmacological and pharmacodynamic evaluation-related personnel;

5. According to company needs, complete hot research progress in the industry, and write a report;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by our supervisor.
