Job Description

Senior Service Officer at the East Rail Line station counter

(No need for shift work; fixed early shift or fixed night shift)

Applicants must submit a personal resume CV, contact number

After entry, you must complete the entire training course (6 to 7 days)

Successful completion of the training course will result in a stipend ($500 per day)

Working location:

Convention and Exhibition Station / Hong Kong Red Station / Mong Kok East Station / Kowloon Tong Station / Fire Carbon Station / University Station / Racecourse Station / Tseung Kwan O Station / Tai Wo Station / Fanling Station / Shui Tak Station / Lo Wu Station / Sheung Shui Station

Working hours:

Fixed early shift Work hours: 05:30 - 15:30

Fixed night shift Work hours: 15:30 - 25:30 (night shift may have overtime, depending on the time the station closes)

Working 10 hours a day

Working 6 days a week

Monthly salary: $ 26,840 (including performance bonus of $1,500)

(Monthly attendance bonus must be paid if there are no absences or unjustified absences and if the employee's performance is good)

（↑↑ above positions may have overtime if necessary, the company will calculate overtime pay based on actual overtime hours at a rate of $88 per hour↑↑）

Entry Requirements:

Legally employed in Hong Kong
Must have secondary school qualifications equivalent to or above the Hong Kong School Entrance Examination / Diploma Examination

Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

Able to write and read Chinese, able to write and read English

Excellent customer service and communication skills, providing the highest quality of customer service

Understand basic computer operations in Chinese and English

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the supervisor in monthly employee shift scheduling; report to the supervisor and supervise the performance of subordinates;

Assist or replace subordinates at the station customer service center (ticketing/Value-added Octopus card/checkout, settlement/answering passenger inquiries)

Work experience:

2-3 years or more of customer service experience; cash register work experience is preferred; able to handle customer service center work independently
