<p>Main responsibilities</p><p>Match suitable foreign domestic workers according to customer needs; able to conduct interviews in Cantonese and English</p><p>Answer inquiries related to recruitment process, best employment practices, and Hong Kong labor, immigration affairs, and consulate requirements</p><p>Customer communication and service</p><p>Requirements</p><p>Language skills (conversational/written/typing): Mother tongue is Cantonese; Have conversational English skills or above</p><p>Skills: Excellent communication and consultation skills; organized, detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude. Creative thinking and independent work ability.</p><p>Able to apply artificial intelligence tools in the workplace</p><p>Attitude: Positive and proactive, with a "can do" attitude and firm determination; fast learning ability</p><p>Knowledge: Familiar with the company, Hong Kong foreign domestic helper employment process and labor regulations; will be evaluated in the interview</p><p>Experience: Those with sales experience are preferred; those with experience in the foreign domestic helper employment industry are even better</p>
