This is aDevelopmental positions，facing fresh graduates with strong interest in ICT industry, AI computing power, and cloud computing.

You will experience:

• : Covering Shengteng/Kunpeng product knowledge, AI computing power solution architecture, customer communication and solution demonstration

• Tutoring system: One-to-one teaching by a senior SA (Solution Architect), participating in real customer projects

• Path to growth: Solution Assistant → Junior Solution Architect → Solution Architect/Expert

Duties include:| Responsibilities

1. Technical support and solution assistance

• Assist senior SA in completing customer requirement research, technical solution document writing, product demonstration environment setup

• Participate in the technical parameter verification and solution configuration of the Shengteng AI server and the Kunpeng general-purpose server

• Assist in completing POC (Proof of Concept) testing support work

2. Customer communication and requirement clarification

• Participate in customer technical exchange meetings under the guidance of a mentor, record customer needs and prepare meeting minutes

• Assist in completing technical issues tracking and feedback

• System learning of the Ascend CANN software stack, AI framework adaptation, model migration, etc. core technologies

• Learning about the Kunpeng processor architecture, performance optimization, and ecosystem compatibility, etc.

• Participate in the construction and maintenance of internal technical documentation and case libraries

4. Market research and competitive product analysis

• Assist in collecting Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific AI computing power, server market industry information

• Participate in the writing of competitive product analysis reports

Job Requirements| Requirements

1. Educational background

• Hong Kong local university undergraduate or graduate students (2025 or 2026 graduates)

• Professional direction: Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Communication Engineering, Software Engineering, etc. related to natural science and engineering

2. Technical foundation

• Linux users with experience are preferred

• Preference will be given to those who understand Python/C++ or any other programming language

3. Language skills

• Fluent in Cantonese (not necessary, but a plus)

• English good (CET-6 or equivalent level, need to read technical documentation)

• Mandarin work level (collaborate with mainland headquarters)

4. Comprehensive quality

• Strong learning ability, willing to delve into new technologies

• Good communication and expression skills and team collaboration awareness

• Passionate about domestic computing power and AI technology ecosystem

5. Visa requirements

• Holding a Hong Kong IANG visa or local permanent resident status
