Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

l Assist in reviewing account opening documentation, ensuring full compliance with KYC and AML/CFT requirements

l Conduct thorough customer due diligence checks, including verifying the source of wealth, corroborating evidence, and name screening results, to ensure adherence to all relevant KYC and AML/CFT regulations

l Ensure that account opening documents are processed and that KYC reviews are completed within specified timelines.

l Conduct annual CDD review for existing customers, ensuring their KYC information is up-to-date

l Manage relationships with clients and provide high-quality customer service

l Understand clients' needs and offer appropriate solutions and services

l 1+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager infinancial industry

l Understand the different client account structures and legal documentation required to establish new accounts

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish a good relationship with clients

l Strong problem-solving and independent working abilities

l Experience in conducting CDD reviews, knowledgeable in KYC and AML regulations

l Good understanding of web3 company & blockchain-related business is a plus
