Job Description
Duties:
1. Responsible for the overseas project-related contract review, able to independently draft, review various Chinese and English contracts, and participate in contracts
Negotiation;
2. Organize and establish overseas company-related management systems and corresponding processes;
Provide comprehensive legal advice to the company's overseas projects and related business decisions in a timely manner, and address the issues involved in the company's operations
Related business activities are subject to compliance review and risk analysis;
4. Responsible for the company's other legal affairs.
Requirements:
1. Legal profession, bachelor's degree or above, with a lawyer's qualification certificate (A certificate)
2. Familiar with foreign laws, overseas game or Internet industry legal affairs with at least one year of work experience;
3. Have strong communication skills and team spirit, have excellent language expression ability, word understanding ability, and division
Analytical and adaptive abilities, English can be used as a working language;
