Responsible for tactile sensors<strong>Small size, high precision structural design</strong>(shell, support, transmission structure and<strong>Rubber/molded parts</strong>), ensure reliable encapsulation and mechanical conduction in limited space, and meet the requirements of IP protection, shock resistance, and vibration resistance for environmental robustness.</p><p>2. Collaborate with the hardware team on sensor integration design to achieve<strong></strong>.</p><p>3. Push forward<strong>DFM/DFA for micro-injection molding, insert molding, multi-cavity mold, etc. high-precision plastic/rubber molding process</strong>, leading BOM management, tolerance stacking analysis, and technical coordination with suppliers.</p><p>4. Perform structural simulation (strength, modal, fatigue) and<strong>Mechanical behavior analysis of rubber/plastic materials</strong>, leading prototype testing and reliability verification (such as vibration, aging, and repeated pressing), for<strong>Sensor process selection and material matching</strong>Provide evidence.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Polymer Materials Engineering, etc. related professional bachelor's or master's degree.</p><p>2. More than 3 years<strong>Small size precision structure design experience</strong>, have<strong>Plastic and rubber parts development</strong>Real-world background, those with sensor/microsystem structure experience are preferred.</p><p>3. Have complete<strong></strong>, can specifically explain my contributions in structural design, mold follow-up and mass production problem solving.</p><p>4. Proficient in SolidWorks/Creo and other design tools, with<strong>ANSYS/ABAQUS etc. structural simulation capability</strong>, understanding the rubber superelastic constitutive model or plastic creep, viscoelastic behavior is better.</p><p>5. Have the right to legally work in Hong Kong, with a work location in Nanshan District, Shenzhen.</p><p>6.
