Requirements

• Diploma or above

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandising or sourcing field

• Experience in U.S. Sourcing/Buying office / EU retail industry would be preferred

• Experience in handling hardgoods / sundries / DIY / Outdoor item / Sport Item is a plus

• Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing

Responsibilities

• Source vendors and develop products according to the objectives and requirements from the EU buying team

• Order management

• Monitor day to day operation including supplier management, product development, quote sheets, sample verification & order follow up

• Responsible for trade terms negotiation and vendor set up, on time shipment & Critical Path management

• Liaise with quality department and coordinate with testing lab to carry out testing
