Duties include:

1. Follow up on delivery and pick-up process, ensure good site management, and be responsible for the timely delivery of items;

4. Follow the S0P to receive and sort packages, send and receive packages, and build packages. Packages are 100% cleared daily and 100% scanned for delivery;

5. Various types of complaints, work orders, follow-up on overdue payments, etc.;

6. Unsent or undelivered orders should be followed up and cleared in a timely manner, and the T3 tail order rate indicator should be responsible for;

8. Perform 6S management in the distribution warehouse, do a good job of cleaning and sorting, and check in time:

9. Report on operational and quality abnormalities, policy promotion and standard training;

Requirements:

1. Good interpersonal communication, analysis, and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility;

2. Have experience in express delivery, logistics distribution center/warehouse management;

4. Have strong stress resistance ability.
