Organize customer basic information, immigration and financial management related documents, ensure information accuracy and completeness, and comply with the requirements of the Hong Kong data privacy ordinance.
Assist in entering customer data into the company system, regularly update and back up data according to regulations, and ensure data security.
Answer customer inquiries by phone or email, clearly guide customers to prepare the necessary application materials for Hong Kong Immigration and Investment.
Collaborate with the team to organize meeting minutes, performance reports, etc. Ensure that file formats are standardized.
Job Responsibilities mainly involve integrating customer information for immigration-related business, and immigration business involves investment and insurance.
Time: 10 am to 6 pm, weekend double pay, bank holidays. Salary is determined based on education and circumstances. Refer to the salary issued.
