Project Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager in planning the project schedule and progress
• Assist in preparing project meetings and responsible for writing meeting minutes
• Handle project-related matters and maintain good communication with team members and relevant stakeholders
• Track project progress and regularly report the latest status to the project manager and team
• Organize project files and related documents to ensure complete and easy-to-find information
• Conduct data collection and analysis to support the achievement of project goals
• Assist in managing project budgets and expenses
• Create project briefs and reports
• Handle daily administrative work, including meeting arrangements, letter management, and procurement of supplies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, project management or related fields
• Have at least two years of relevant work experience
• Active and responsible, with good team spirit
• Have the ability to independently solve problems and be able to flexibly respond to various challenges and changes in course operations
• Have excellent organizational skills and time management techniques
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and common project management tools
• Can accommodate occasional business trips and overtime
