Accounts Manager

<p>Job Responsibilities </p><p>- Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operation independently (managing shops POS System closing)</p><p>- Prepare daily book-keeping, accounting data entries, vouchers, journal preparation and cheque payments etc</p><p>- Prepare month end closing and financial reports</p><p>- Prepare cash flow, forecast and budget </p><p>- Handle inter-company transaction and accounts reconciliation </p><p>- Responsible for monthly payroll, tax computation, MPF, commission calculation and related matters including liaison with external parties and government authorities</p><p>- Liaise for year-end audit, stock take </p><p>- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned </p><p></p><p>Requirements </p><p>- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines with LCCI</p><p>- Relevant working experience in accounting field is highly preferable especially with experience in retail industry. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Execuitve. </p><p>- Proficient in MS Office applications </p><p>- Fluent in Cantonese, good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage </p><p>- Detailed, well organized and able to work independently</p>
