Position Title: Maths Tutor
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop personalized learning plans tailored to individual student needs, ensuring that each student receives targeted guidance in their mathematical studies.
2. Assist the center supervisor with administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the center and maintaining accurate records.
3. Prepare detailed student progress reports, continuously refine teaching materials, and ensure all non-teaching responsibilities are fulfilled to support overall learning objectives.
4. Teach mathematics using the MathConcept methodology in small group settings, fostering an interactive and engaging learning environment for students.
5. Proactively communicate with parents regarding student progress, providing clear updates and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification from a recognized institution.
2. Demonstrate a strong passion for mathematics education and the ability to inspire students to excel in the subject.
3. Exhibit excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
4. Be capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism.
