Technical Responsible--Web3 Pan-Fictional Ecology

<p>Duties:</p><p>• Lead technology strategy and architecture design, build high-concurrency and highly available distributed systems to support millions of daily active users;</p><p>• Build and iterate a cross-platform mobile app (React Native preferred), and create an exceptional user experience;</p><p>• Deeply involved in product design and business logic, bringing technical concepts such as "creator economy", "token model", "AIGC application" down to perceivable functions;</p><p>• Build and lead a hard-core and warm technical team, shaping geek culture and collaboration mechanisms;</p><p>• Ensure system security, stability and scalability, balancing technical investment and business growth.</p><p>We hope you have:</p><p>[Hard requirement]</p><p></p><p></p><p>• Proficient in React Native or similar cross-platform frameworks, able to quickly set up and iterate on App;</p><p>• Have high concurrency and distributed system architecture capabilities, system design can support millions of DAU.</p><p></p><p>• Familiar with Web3 + content/IP integration scenarios: such as NFTs, digital copyrights, creator tokens, decentralized storage (IPFS/Arweave);</p><p>• Have audio and video technology skills (live streaming, on-demand, real-time interaction);</p><p>• Understand AIGC in content generation, recommendation algorithms, etc. scenarios;</p><p>• More than 10 years of technical team management experience, with non-authoritative influence and cultural shaping abilities.</p>
