Assistant IT Manager

• Develop and manage SAP and infrastructure strategies, including system integration across platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Order Management System, OA, RPA, and other enterprise solutions.

• Lead a small team

• Provide strategic planning, evaluation, and high-level coordination of IT systems, infrastructure, and services to support business objectives and long-term growth.

• Ensure adherence to Group IT policies, security standards, audit requirements, and relevant regulatory obligations.

• Work closely with IT teams in Japan and China on system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and service delivery.

• Manage the overall infrastructure environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in IT applications and infrastructure, including SAP, Salesforce etc.

• Over 4 years of IT management experience with proven leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively manage teams, resources, and service providers

• Solid understanding of SAP, Salesforce, Order Management System, OA , RPA, HR Systems, and other related enterprise solutions.

• Strong understanding of global system deployment practices and multi-regional IT operations

• Good command of English and Cantonese ; proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
