Duties: 1. Identity verification: Carefully check the identity documents, qualifications, and other relevant materials submitted by the recruiter to ensure that the information is true and effective. 2. Information verification: Contact the applicant by phone, email or online communication to verify their identity and the accuracy of the information they have submitted. 3. On-site verification: According to the need, go to the designated location, and on-site verify the identity or business situation of the recruiter. 4. Data Management: Record the review process, update user profiles, and ensure information is complete and in compliance with platform policies. 5. Exception handling: Identify suspicious behavior or materials, report to the team leader in a timely manner and make suggestions. 6. Customer support: Answer recruiters' questions during the onboarding review process, provide clear guidance and feedback.
Requirements: 1. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of customer service, audit, compliance checks or related field work experience are preferred. Familiarity with identity verification processes or document review is an added bonus.
3. Proficient in English and Cantonese (oral and written), able to communicate fluently. 4. Have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be good at communicating with people from different backgrounds. Be patient and listen carefully, and handle potential conflicts or questions appropriately.
